Rees Cogland is the founder od ACT and has recently retired as Chairman. He is a retired community pharmacist and is a member of Emmanuel Church, Aylsham

and dedicates much of his time to the further development of the work of ACT.

Jenny Manser is a former Director of Anglia Housing Group. She lives in Aylsham and works from home as a business consulant.

Dr Paul James
